To convert a Word Document to a PDF, click on File and then select Save As. Next, click on the folder or place where you would like to save the document. A box will appear where you can write the file’s name. The second box will list the file type, which will default to Word Document (*.docx). Click on the drop-down arrow to see all the possible ways to save the file. Scroll down and select PDF (*.pdf). Finally, click Save to save the pdf.
To convert a Google Doc to a PDF, click on File in Google Docs and scroll down to Download. Select PDF Document (.pdf). A PDF version of your Google Doc will appear as a download on the bottom left of the screen.
